After hearing/seeing a lot of negative reviews, I was hesitant to shop from this site, but after receiving my gown, I am totally satisfied! Not only was the response time from customer service fast, but the SHIPPING was as well! My package (delivered through DHL) got here a day early, which is awesome, and the quality of the fabric is great as well. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because I ordered my gown with custom measurements and it doesn’t fit how I thought it would. Additionally, how the gown looks on the model, compared to me, is slightly different also.

My daughter wore this for her prom on 2 July and she looked absolutely stunning in the dress. However, she complained it was quite restrictive as had difficulty sitting down and when she did, she had wardrobe malfunction. The clasp at the back of the neck keeps coming off and when she sat down it actually snapped which was rather embarassing for her too. Good thing the organiser was prepared and helped her stitch this back.

I really loved my dress, I was scared to buy a prom dress online, but I had to risk it and see how it works and what I was specting too. I always looked to the reviews to see what the people have to say about it and the pictures they updated really helps me. I ordered my dress Burgundy color with my own measurements. It's a little bit big on my chest but my mom can fix it so I don't think it's a big deal. Also, it came in the day they said. If you put your phone number on the order they will send a message a day before the dress is delivered and the day the actual dress is delivered, so that helps a lot too. The dress looks exact to the pic. For my wedding I ordered my sister's gown first as a test. She's in between 12 and 14, but I ordered an 18, looking at the "fit" reviews and it was much too large. That was a mistake, I'm thinking ordering her actual size would have been fine. I just ordered 2 more true to the girls' size and will review those as well.
